It has been nearly 6 years since the keys for the boat ramp and parks have been changed. The board has approved for the locks to be changed. Property owners who are current on their dues at that time will be able to exchange keys.

Due to costs (~$1,000/year) the Valley Oaks POA Board has voted to only distribute future invoices, meeting notices and other communications via email, the RunHOA website and member portal at https://www.runhoa.com/u/vopoa.
